About Me

I have been in martial arts for 35 years, having trained traditional and also outside of traditional karate, bujutsu and also Muay Thai.

I currently have the Combat Karate League Aotearoa title for the women's catchweight division. I'm a hyperweight/super hyperweight, and love sparring, and competing as a combat karate fighter.
